After vocalizing for the Korean jazzy pop group WINTERPLAY, MOON haewon has released “Kiss Me” (Universal Music) and three other works as a jazz singer. In 2024, he released his first collaboration with Tsuyoshi Yamamoto, “Midnight Sun” (Samshin Cool), which won the Gold Award in the “Jazz Criticism / Jazz Audio Disc Awards 2024 Vocal Category”, captivating jazz fans and audiophiles around the world. This work, which met Tsuyoshi Yamamoto again, includes a total of 11 songs, from “Solitary Moon” with lyrics to the famous performances of P. Metheny & C. Hayden, to the gem duo “Alfie”, centered on ballads such as “Early Autumn” and “Mood Indigo”.
